Here’s a question you can use for your next intentional interview:
If all people in the world were like you, which companies would go out of business?
I came up with it somehow by accident. Then I said it to a friend and they liked it. Everybody likes to talk about themselves. I like talking about myself too, hence there are notes on this website.
So, if all people in the world were like me:
Coca-Cola would probably be gone. I haven’t drank coke since I was fifteen because I made a bet with myself that the next time I’m going to drink coke it has to be in California. I haven’t been to the US yet. For the purity of this bet I also omit other drinks that Coca-Cola manufactures.
Football industry would probably be gone. I fancy watching a match only if Ukraine or Germany is playing, only if it’s a high profile game, and only with my friends. Thus I watch one game every two years on average. I always found sports too boring to watch.
Alcohol companies would probably be gone too. The taste of any alcohol bevegare is obviously disgusting, and the effect is unpleasant too. Unfortunately drinking alcohol has a strong social aspect to it, so I have to comply once in a while. Compliance is not bad at all in this context — it’s a sign of respect. My friend once told me a saying that stuck with me for a long time:
If a person comes to a bar, they use the bartender to get a drink. If Jesus comes to a bar, he uses the drink to become friends with the bartender.
I often crave sugar though.
